The Allianz Arena in Munich is one of the most modern and architecturally interesting football stadiums in Germany, and the landmark of the Bavarian capital for all soccer fans. The so-called “FC-Bayern-Erlebniswelt”, the largest club museum in Germany, exerts a new power of attraction. Since May 2012, visitors are invited to experience the FC Bayern’s successes, failures, and exhibits, pictures, and the historical moments of the club on display in the 3,050 square-meter museum. Traxon & e:cue was chosen due to their capable control solutions, able to put the museum in the right light. Emotions are conveyed through light, colors, and animations. The media control is paired with e:cue’s Lighting Control Engine (LCE) and Butler XT, which enable the staff to control every exhibition space, lit solely with OSRAM LED and OLED lighting fixtures, making this a venue where the club’s past and present come together and give visitors a view behind the scenes.
